The orders will typically be packed and sent out for shipment within 3 business days of the date the order was placed, and delivery will typically take place within seven business days after that date.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service immediately upon delivery but shall not be in any event later than 48 hours of the delivery of the product starting from the time of delivery. Since the cardholder authorises the transactions, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect addresses when placing the order.

A receipt must be signed for the goods at the time of delivery. If the receipt of the goods is signed by someone other than the person who purchased the product at the address provided during the order, then we are not responsible for the receipt. Regardless of anything else that may be stated elsewhere, the ownership and liability of the products you have purchased shall pass to you upon delivery and acknowledgement of the receipt by you or anyone else at your address. As a result, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to products after delivery in any circumstance whatsoever.
